Stud Muffins

We found this recipe online originally as Dr. Oz: Skinny Muffins or Jorge’s Skinny Muffins. The almonds and almond extract are our additions that turn them into Stud Muffins.

Ingredients
Makes one serving

1/4 cup ground flax

¼ cup chopped almonds

A few drops almond extract
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
1 egg
1 packet stevia

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a mug and microwave for 50 seconds. Allow to cool to a safe temperature and enjoy.
